The 2nd International Symposium on Machine Learning and Social Computing (MLSC 2026) will be held from October 26 to 28, 2026, in Bangkok, Thailand. MLSC 2026 will focus on cutting-edge applications of machine learning methods in social science fields such as psychology, economics, sociology, and education, exploring how algorithmic models can analyze human behavior patterns, social dynamic evolution, and complex system decision-making. The conference covers hot topics including social computing, data-driven policy research, and human-computer interaction behavior analysis, providing opportunities for academic and industry practitioners to exchange ideas and foster collaborative innovation. Conference Proceedings (EI Indexed)

All submissions will be peer-reviewed by 2-3 technical committee experts. After rigorous review, all accepted papers will be published in a conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus, etc. for indexing after publication.

Submission Guidelines:

Paper length should be at least 8 pages in single-column format.

Papers must be formatted according to the conference template. Download template: 【Download.

Papers should have academic or practical value and must not have been published in any academic journals or conferences before. Authors are responsible for self-checking similarity via CrossCheck, iThenticate or other systems at their own expense, including references. Papers with high similarity (25%) will be rejected, and authors bear full responsibility. Papers suspected of plagiarism will not be published and will be announced on the conference website.

Authors submitting for publication must submit the full paper, not abstracts; papers must be at least 8 pages.

References must include at least 3 foreign authors.

One paper can only have one corresponding author.

References must meet the requirement: more than half should be from the last 3-5 years.

Withdrawal after payment due to personal reasons will incur a service fee (30% of the publication fee).

① Full Paper Submission: After paper acceptance and fee payment, can apply for an Oral Presentation or Poster Display (includes 1 free registration).

② Oral Presentation Only: Submit an abstract to apply for an oral presentation (full paper not required).

③ Poster Presentation Only: Submit an abstract to apply for a poster presentation (full paper not required).

④ Listener/Attendee: Only needs to submit registration information.
