About IETA 2026

With the rapid development of the global economy and the continuous progress of science and technology, low-altitude economy, as an important part of the national strategic emerging industries, is increasingly becoming an important engine to promote the transformation and upgrading of social economy. In order to promote the innovative application of low altitude technology, strengthen international academic exchanges and cooperation, and promote the sustainable development of low altitude economy, the International Conference on Low-altitude Economy and Technology Applications 2026 will be held in Guangzhou. The International Conference on Low-Altitude Economy and Technology Applications (LEIA 2026) will be held on March 6-8, 2026 in Guangzhou, China.

The conference aims to bring together the world's top experts, scholars, business representatives and policy makers in the field of low altitude to discuss the development trend of low altitude economy, key technological breakthroughs, industrial application cases and future challenges. The conference will cover UAS, low altitude traffic management, airspace coordination, safety and security, intelligent sensing and navigation technology, policies, regulations and standardization, etc., and promote in-depth interdisciplinary and multi-disciplinary exchanges and cooperation.

By organizing this international conference, we expect to promote the innovative integration of low altitude economy and technology, facilitate the transformation of technological achievements and industrial applications, and contribute to the healthy development of the global low altitude economic ecosystem. We welcome researchers and practitioners from all over the world to participate in this conference and create the future together.

Publication and Submission

Papers must be original and unpublished, and must not be submitted for publication elsewhere concurrently. Each paper must have at least 6 full pages with extra payment for extra pages. All accepted full papers will be published in SAE Technical Papers（ISSN: 0148-7191） and submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

Participation

1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.

2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.

3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 10-15 minutes in duration.

4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.

5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.

1. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.

2. The registration fee does not include: ① Accommodation ② Visa application fee ③ Transportation fare.

3. And at least 30% of the registration fee will be charged as the service fee if you retract your paper for personal reasons.

 

Invitation Letter:

Purpose: The invitation letter of  LETA 2026 committee serves as proof that your paper submission and registration application have been accepted by the conference committee. This letter is written in English and may support your visa application. 
However, receiving an invitation letter does not guarantee you will be granted a visa.

-Issuance Process: 
Invitation letters will only be issued once your registration and payment are completed. The invitation letter will be sent to you via e-mail.
