About ICIIS 2027 (Japan Session)

The 2027 4th International Conference on Innovation Management and Information Systems (ICIIS 2027) will be held from March 19 to 21, 2027, in Japan. The conference aims to provide an international platform for researchers, academics, and industry professionals to exchange ideas, share research findings, and discuss the latest developments in innovation management and information systems.

In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, blockchain, and cloud computing are creating new opportunities and challenges for businesses and organizations. Publication and Submission

All accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings and will be submitted to Ei Compendex and Scopus for indexing. All submissions are expected to report original research results and must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Paper Submission:

  • The submitted papers must not be under consideration elsewhere.
  • Authors who wish to have their papers published in the conference proceedings should submit the full paper for review.
  • Authors who only wish to present their research without publication may submit an abstract.
  • The paper should not be less than 4 pages.
  • The paper must be formatted according to the conference template. Please refer to the official Paper Template.
  • The conference accepts English manuscripts.
  • All submissions should report original research results and comply with academic publication ethics.
  • Please submit your paper through the official submission system.

Participation

ICIIS 2027 welcomes researchers, scholars, students, and industry professionals worldwide to participate in the conference.

1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.

2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.

3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 10-15 minutes in duration.

4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.

5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.

Extra Pages (Beginning at Page 9) 60 USD / extra page
Attendees without a Submission 215 USD / person

Registration Notes:

1. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.

2. The registration fee does not include accommodation, visa application fees, or transportation expenses.

3. Additional pages beyond the 8-page paper limit are subject to extra charges.

  Refunds Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund

* 30–60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund

* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund

* After conference: no refund

Cancellation and refund requests must be made formally by email.

The organizing committee reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses resulting from force majeure events shall not be borne by the organizing committee, and the refund policy shall not apply.
