Publication Information

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of ICCVDM 2025 will be published in IEEE and will be submitted to EI Compendex,Scopus for indexing. 

All conference proceedings paper can not be less than 4 pages.

1. The paper needs to be formatted according to the conference paper template.

2. The meeting only accepts English manuscripts. If you need translation/typesetting services, please contact Mr. Li, the person in charge of the conference, at 17702021286.

3. The paper should have academic or practical value and have not been published in domestic or foreign academic journals or conferences. The author can check for plagiarism at their own expense through iThenticate or other query systems, otherwise the rejection caused by the article's similarity rate will be the responsibility of the author. Papers suspected of plagiarism will not be published and will be posted on the conference homepage.

Note: Submission and payment completed 45 days before the meeting can enjoy the early bird price. Regular customers/students can enjoy a discount of 200 yuan, which cannot be stacked

Refund notice : 
 
If the participants request to cancel the meeting for personal reasons and refund, 30 % of the amount will be refunded. 
 
After the meeting : no refund. 
 Cancellation and refund requests must be made formally by email.

The organizing committee reserves the right to change the date and location of the meeting due to force majeure. We are not responsible for any losses caused by force majeure events, and the refund policy does not apply.
