About ICAIDS 2026
2026 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Digital Media Technology and Social Computing (ICAIDS 2026) is a platform that brings together leading academics, researchers and industry experts from around the world to explore the latest advances and cutting-edge technologies in the fields of artificial intelligence, digital Media and social computing. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, its application potential in all walks of life is more and more significant, especially in the field of digital media and social computing, which is causing a profound change. We sincerely welcome researchers, students and practitioners from academia and industry to submit papers and share papers to jointly promote the cross-cutting research and application of artificial intelligence, digital media technology and social computing, and discuss how new technologies will shape future society. At the same time, through this platform, we hope to promote cooperation and innovation between different disciplines to jointly address the challenges facing modern society. Publication
All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of ICAIDS 2026 will be published in Conference Proceedings and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus and ACM Digital Library for indexing.
Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

Submission Notice:
1. The official language of the conference is English, and the paper must be an English manuscript.
2. The author of the published paper must submit the full text, which should not be less than 8 pages.
3. The paper should have academic or practical value and have not been published in domestic or foreign academic journals or conferences.

※Details of the registration fees
1. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.
2. The registration fee does not include:
• Accommodation
• Visa application fee
• Transportation fare
3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
4. This conference has set a fixed exchange rate of 100 CNY to 15 USD.
5. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.
6. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao.

※Refunds Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund
* After conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.

Participation
1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.
2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.
3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 15 minutes in duration.
4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.
5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.
