About GIRST 2025
2025 4th International Conference on Geographic Information and Remote Sensing Technology (GIRST 2025) is hosted by Università Roma Tre. The conference will be held on November 27 to November 29, 2025 in Rome, Italy. GIRST 2025 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of geographic information and remote sensing technology to share their latest research findings and exchange their insights on the development of the related disciplines. We cordially encourage past and aspiring authors to submit their works to GIRST 2025 so that you can share your insightful research experiences with fellow academics and scientists worldwide.

Publication and Submission
To maintain a high-quality publication, all submissions undergo a rigorous review process of 2-3 rounds of double-blind peer review. All accepted papers of GIRST 2025 will be published in IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3315-5267-1), and subsequently submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

Participation
1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.
2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.
3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 15 minutes in duration.
4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.
5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.

1. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
2. The registration fee does not include: ① Accommodation ② Visa application fee ③ Transportation fare.
3. And at least 30% of the registration fee will be charged as the service fee if you retract your paper for personal reasons.
