As artificial intelligence continues to revolutionize learning paradigms, GAIE 2026 will serve as a premier forum for discussing cutting-edge advancements, ethical considerations, and innovative applications of generative AI in educational settings.
The conference will feature keynote speeches, presentations, and interactive workshops covering topics such as AI-driven personalized learning, intelligent tutoring systems, automated content generation, ethical AI in education, and the impact of large language models (LLMs) on pedagogy. Publication and Submission
Conference Proceedings
All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committee. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of GAIE 2026 will be published in Conference Proceedings and submitted to Scopus for indexing.

Participation
1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.
2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.
3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 10-15 minutes in duration.
4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.
5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.

1. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
2. The registration fee does not include: ① Accommodation ② Visa application fee ③ Transportation fare.
3. And at least 30% of the registration fee will be charged as the service fee if you retract your paper for personal reasons.

Required Documents: It is the responsibility of attendees to obtain a valid visa prior to arrival. Please consult your local embassy for the specific documents needed, which may include:

Please note that the Organizing Committee has no control over the visa application process, nor the decision of the visa adjudicator in the embassy or consulate. We cannot be responsible for actual visa issuance.
Invitation Letter:
Purpose: The invitation letter of GAIE 2026 committee serves as proof that your paper submission and registration application have been accepted by the conference committee. This letter is written in English and may support your visa application.
However, receiving an invitation letter does not guarantee you will be granted a visa.
-Issuance Process:
Invitation letters will only be issued once your registration and payment are completed. The invitation letter will be sent to you via e-mail.
-How to Request:
When your registration and payment are confirmed, you may request an invitation letter through [registration system/email]. Please provide:

Should your visa application be denied, the Organizing Committee cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), nor will we engage in discussion or correspondence with the MOFA or embassy/consulate on behalf of the applicant. The invitation letter does not imply any financial support or guarantee for your accommodation or travel.
