About GAIB 2027
The 2027 3rd International Conference on Generative Artificial Intelligence for Business (GAIB 2027) will be held on July 9–11, 2027, in Hong Kong, China. The conference aims to provide an international academic and professional platform for researchers, scholars, engineers, and industry experts to exchange the latest research achievements, innovative technologies, and practical applications in generative artificial intelligence and business innovation.
With the rapid development of generative artificial intelligence, large language models, intelligent agents, and data-driven technologies, AI has become a key driver for business transformation and industrial innovation. GAIB 2027 focuses on exploring the integration of generative AI with business intelligence, enterprise management, decision-making systems, digital transformation, and emerging business applications.
The conference welcomes original research contributions covering generative AI technologies, large language models, AI-powered business analytics, intelligent decision support, automation systems, human-AI collaboration, responsible AI, and future-oriented business innovation. It provides opportunities for participants to discuss technological trends, share research perspectives, and promote interdisciplinary collaboration between artificial intelligence researchers and business professionals.

Publication and Submission
All papers submitted to GAIB 2027 will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be submitted to Ei Compendex and Scopus for indexing.
Paper Submission:
- The paper should have academic or practical value, and has not been published in academic journals or conferences at home and abroad.
- The author who publishes the paper needs to submit the full text for peer review, and participants who only attend and present without publication only need to submit the title and abstract of the presentation.
- Authors can check duplicates through CrossCheck, iThenticate or other query systems at their own expense, otherwise the rejected manuscripts caused by the repetition rate of the article will be the author's own responsibility.
- The paper should not be less than 8 pages.
- The paper must be formatted according to the conference template. Download the paper template (click to jump): Paper Template.
- The conference only accepts English manuscripts.
- For personal reasons, a fee of at least 30 % is required to withdraw the manuscript without reason.
- The conference is submitted online, please send the full paper(word+pdf) to submission system.

- Author: Submit a full paper and present your research work at the conference.
- Presenter: Submit an abstract and deliver an oral presentation without publication.
- Listener: Attend the conference sessions and exchange ideas with participants.

1. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
2. The registration fee does not include accommodation, visa application fee, or transportation expenses.
3. If authors withdraw their papers for personal reasons, at least 30% of the registration fee will be charged as a service fee.
Refunds Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund
* After conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liable and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
