 About FEAI 2026

In an era where artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping the global education ecosystem, the future of education is entering an unprecedented period of transformation. The 2026 International Conference on the Future of Education and Artificial Intelligence (FEAI 2026) will be held in Malaysia from December 14 to 16, 2026, aiming to build an international platform for exchange that focuses on educational innovation and the integration of AI, and to explore how intelligent technologies can empower the future of teaching, learning, and educational management.

 Publication & Editorial Policy

Submit to Conference Proceedings (EI)
All accepted full papers will be published in the FEAI 2026 conference proceedings and will be submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.
Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

Editorial Policy
Step 1. To keep scientific integrity, one of our editors will run Turnitin on each new submission to check if it has potential problem of plagiarism. Papers not passing the plagiarism check will be desk rejected immediately.
Step 2. Then the publication Chairs will conduct initial check to ensure the submission falls within the scope of the conference and decide if it merits further review. Once passed the initial check, the manuscript will be assigned to reviewers for double-blind peer review.
Step 3. Each selected submission will be reviewed by at least two or three independent expert reviewers in the field on originality, validity, quality and academic merit, and readability.
Step 4. The peer review reports received from the experts will be judged by one of the editors with international scientific standards.
Step 5. The logical and valid peer review reports will be sent to the authors for them to revise the manuscript accordingly. For invalid reports, the editor may either assign a new reviewer or make a judgement based on his/her own expertise.
Step 6. Authors are required to respond to the peer review comments in details and revise their paper according to the points raised.
Step 7. The revised manuscript will then be evaluated by the editor whether the points raised by the reviewers have been fully addressed or not.
Step 8. Then the editor will send the revised manuscript to the reviewers again for re-evaluation.
Step 9. If the reviewers approve the revised version of the manuscript, then the Editor-in-Chief will make a final decision on acceptance for the publication.

 

 Submission Guidelines

1. The submitted papers must not be previously published or under consideration of publication elsewhere.
2. Please submit your full paper (Word+pdf) to Submission System (English).
3. And please submit the full paper if both the presentation and publication are needed.
4. Please submit the Abstract only if you just want to make a presentation.

1) Both Abstract and Full Paper are welcomed. The author can make an oral presentation after the Abstract is accepted and the payment is finished.

Details of the attending registration
Join as a Presenter: If you are only interested in giving a presentation at the conference without publishing your paper in the proceedings, you can choose to attend FEAI 2026 as a Presenter. As a presenter, you need to submit the Abstract and Title of your presentation during the registration.
Join as a Listener: FEAI 2026 is an unmissable conference. It is a good chance and an effective platform for you to meet many renowned experts and researchers in the field of the latest academic research. You are welcome to attend this great event. You just need to complete the registration as a Listener before the registration deadline.

Details of the registration fees
1. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.
2. The registration fee does not include: Accommodation, Visa application fee, Transportation fare.
3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
4. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.
5. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/invoice.

Refunds Policy:
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund
* After conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liable and refunds policy shall not apply as well.

 Presentation Instructions

Oral Presentation Instruction
1. Timing: A maximum of 15 minutes in total, including presentation and discussion. Please be considerable once the Program is completed the next speaker should also be allocated with reasonable amount of time.
2. For conference presentation, you can use your own computer or copy your presentation file into the conference computer from CD or USB drive, and make sure you have scanned for viruses and cleaned viruses beforehand. Speakers are required to meet her/his session Chair in the corresponding session room at least 10 minutes before the session starts to get things ready or copy the slide file (PPT or PDF) into the conference computer.
3. It is also suggested that you email a copy of your presentation to your personal email box as a backup. If for some reason the files cannot be accessed from your flash drive, you can download them to the computer from your email.
4. Please note that each session room will be equipped with an LCD projector, screen, laser pointer, microphone, and a laptop with general presentation software such as the Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Reader. Please make sure that your files are compatible and readable with our operating system by using commonly used fronts and symbols. If you plan to use your own computer, please test the connection and make sure it works well before your presentation.
5. Movies: If your files contain movies please make sure that they are well formatted and connected to the main files.

Poster Presentation Instruction
1. Maximum poster size is 59.4 CM wide by 84.1 CM high (A1).
2. Posters are required to be optimized and attractive. Information should be visible from a proper distance, say, one meter away.
3. Please note that during your poster session, you as the author should stay by your poster and ready to explain and discuss your paper with visiting delegates.

* The Secretary office of FEAI 2026 will collect submissions and handle daily organizational tasks. All the paper peer-review process will be completed by the conference Program Committee Members and externally invited expert reviewers.
