Publication
Papers must be original and unpublished, and must not be submitted for publication elsewhere concurrently. All accepted papers will be published by IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3195-1004-4) and submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements, and also submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.
Previous editions have been indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus (2023, 2024, 2025).
Submission
The submitted papers must not be under consideration elsewhere. Please send the full paper (Word + PDF) via the submission system:
Papers must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Both Abstract and Full Paper are welcome. The author can make an oral presentation after the Abstract is accepted and the payment is made. All submitted articles should report original, unpublished research. Conference proceedings papers should be at least 4 pages.
