About DMLS 2027
The 2027 2nd International Conference on Decision, Management, and Learning Systems (DMLS 2027) will be held on August 27–29, 2027, in Japan. The conference aims to provide an international academic and professional platform for researchers, scholars, engineers, and industry professionals to exchange innovative research achievements, advanced technologies, and practical applications in decision science, management systems, and intelligent learning technologies.
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, data-driven methods, intelligent computing, and digital transformation, decision-making and management systems are becoming increasingly important in modern organizations and complex environments. DMLS 2027 focuses on exploring emerging theories, methodologies, technologies, and applications that support intelligent decision processes, efficient management strategies, and adaptive learning systems.
The conference welcomes original research contributions covering intelligent decision-making, management science, machine learning, data analytics, optimization methods, knowledge discovery, intelligent systems, and learning-based applications. It provides opportunities for participants to discuss technological advances, share research insights, and promote interdisciplinary collaboration among computer science, engineering, management, and related fields.

Publication and Submission
All papers submitted to DMLS 2027 will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be submitted to Ei Compendex and Scopus for indexing.
Paper Submission:
- The paper should have academic or practical value, and has not been published in academic journals or conferences at home and abroad.
- The author who publishes the paper needs to submit the full text for peer review, and participants who only attend and present without publication only need to submit the title and abstract of the presentation.
- Authors can check duplicates through CrossCheck, iThenticate or other query systems at their own expense, otherwise the rejected manuscripts caused by the repetition rate of the article will be the author's own responsibility.
- The paper should not be less than 8 pages.
- The paper must be formatted according to the conference template. Download the paper template (click to jump): Paper Template.
- The conference only accepts English manuscripts.
- For personal reasons, a fee of at least 30 % is required to withdraw the manuscript without reason.
- The conference is submitted online, please send the full paper(word+pdf) to submission system.

- Author: Submit a full paper and present your research work at the conference.
- Presenter: Submit an abstract and deliver an oral presentation without publication.

1. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
2. The registration fee does not include accommodation, visa application fee, or transportation expenses.
3. If authors withdraw their papers for personal reasons, at least 30% of the registration fee will be charged as a service fee.
Refunds Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund
* After conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liable and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
