All papers submitted to CVAA 2026 will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3195-0760-0), and submitted to IEEE Xlpore, EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing. All submissions will be checked for reference authenticity. Please ensure each reference is verifiable via its DOI or a working link.

 

Submission Notice:

1. The official language of the conference is English, and the paper must be an English manuscript.

2. The author of the published paper must submit the full text, which should not be less than 4 pages.

3. The paper should have academic or practical value and have not been published in domestic or foreign academic journals or conferences.

※ Details of the registration fees Includes conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions. Does not include: Accommodation, Visa application fee, Transportation fare. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

※ Refunds Policy 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% refund 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% refund Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% refund After conference: no refund Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email. The organizing committee reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure, and no refund will be granted for losses incurred.

Participation

1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.

2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.

3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 15 minutes in duration.

4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.

5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.
