About CSIC 2027
The International Conference on Communications, Signal Processing, and Intelligent Computing (CSIC 2027) will be held on July 16–18, 2027, in Brazil. The conference aims to provide an international academic platform for researchers, scholars, engineers, and industry professionals to exchange the latest research achievements, technological innovations, and practical applications in communication technologies, signal processing, and intelligent computing.
With the rapid development of intelligent systems, advanced communication networks, and data-driven technologies, communications and signal processing have become key foundations for modern information systems. CSIC 2027 focuses on exploring emerging theories, algorithms, architectures, and applications that promote the integration of intelligent computing with next-generation communication technologies.
The conference welcomes original research contributions covering wireless communications, signal analysis and processing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, intelligent algorithms, network technologies, and emerging intelligent applications. CSIC 2027 provides opportunities for participants to share innovative ideas, discuss future research trends, and establish academic collaborations in the fields of communications, signal processing, and intelligent computing.

Publication and Submission
All papers submitted to CSIC 2027 will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be submitted to Ei Compendex and Scopus for indexing.
Paper Submission:
- The paper should have academic or practical value, and has not been published in academic journals or conferences at home and abroad.
- The author who publishes the paper needs to submit the full text for peer review, and the author who only reports and does not publish the paper only needs to submit the title and abstract of the article.
- Authors can check duplicates through CrossCheck, iThenticate or other query systems at their own expense, otherwise the rejected manuscripts caused by the repetition rate of the article will be the author 's own responsibility.
- The paper should not be less than 6 pages.
- The paper must be formatted according to the conference template. Download the paper template (click to jump): Paper Template.
- The conference only accepts English manuscripts.
- For personal reasons, a fee of at least 30 % is required to withdraw the manuscript without reason.
- The conference is submitted online, please send the full paper(word+pdf) to submission system.

- Author: Submit a full paper and present your research work at the conference.
- Presenter: Submit an abstract and deliver an oral presentation without publication.

1. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
2. The registration fee does not include accommodation, visa application fee, or transportation expenses.
3. If authors withdraw their papers for personal reasons, at least 30% of the registration fee will be charged as a service fee.
Refunds Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund
* After conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liable and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
