2026 3rd International Conference on Clean Energy and Low Carbon Technologies (CELCT 2026) will be held on April 17-19，2026 in Malaysia.
CELCT 2026 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of clean energy and low carbon technologies to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in clean energy, low carbon technologies and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an enabling platform for people to share views and experiences in transportation system and related areas. It will meet and exceed your anticipation. Welcome to CELCT 2026.

1. Conference Proceedings
Papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in conference proceedings, which will be submitted for EI Compendex, CNKI, Scopus.

* If your paper is accepted by committee and you registered for the conference, a 30% processing fee will be deducted if a retraction is requested.
█ Participation
1. Paper Authors: The edition fee includes a free place to attend the conference. The other authors can register as normal participant. All the authors can apply the presentation for free.
2. Keynote Speaker: Apply for the keynote speech on the conference. Please submit your personal CV, presentation title and abstract.
3. Oral Presenter: Apply for the oral presentation on the conference. Please submit your presentation title and abstract.
4. Poster Presentation: Apply for print the poster and the poster will be shown on the conference hall. Please submit the A1 vertical and electronic version.
5. Audience Participation: No submission but only participation.
