· Publication & Submission

All papers submitted to AINIT 2026 will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

 

Submission Guidelines

1.The paper should be typeset according to the template and should not be less than 4 pages.

2.Papers must be in English and have not been published in academic journals or conferences at home and abroad.

3.Weight check rate is less than 30%. Authors can check your own weight through the CrossCheck, Turnitin, iThenticate or other query system.

4. Please send the full paper(word+pdf) to Submission System.

1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.

2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.

3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 15 minutes in duration.

4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.

5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.

Details of the registration fees

1. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.

2. The registration fee does not include:  

   • Accommodation

   • Visa application fee

   • Transportation fare

3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. 

4. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao.
