Submit to Conference Proceedings (EI)

All accepted full papers will be published in AIDMM 2027 conference proceedings and will be submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academic. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

Step 1. Plagiarism Check
To maintain scientific integrity, each new submission will be checked by plagiarism detection tools. Papers with plagiarism concerns will be rejected immediately.

Step 2. Initial Screening
The publication chairs will conduct an initial check to ensure that the submission is within the scope of the conference and determine whether it merits further review.

Step 3. Peer Review Process
Each selected submission will be reviewed by at least two or three independent expert reviewers regarding originality, validity, quality, academic merit, and readability.

Step 4. Editorial Evaluation
The peer review reports received from experts will be evaluated by editors according to international scientific standards.

Step 5. Revision Process
Authors will receive valid peer review comments and are required to revise their manuscripts accordingly.

Step 6. Response to Review Comments
Authors should provide detailed responses to reviewers' comments and revise their papers according to the suggestions.

Step 7. Revised Manuscript Evaluation
The editor will evaluate whether the revised manuscript has fully addressed the reviewers' comments.

Step 8. Re-evaluation
The revised manuscript may be sent back to reviewers for further evaluation.

Step 9. Final Decision
If the reviewers approve the revised manuscript, the Editor-in-Chief will make the final decision regarding acceptance for publication.

Usage Guidelines for Generative AI Tools

Generative AI (GenAI) tools have brought significant convenience to academic research and paper writing. However, while enjoying the benefits of technology, authors must assume corresponding ethical responsibilities to ensure the authenticity, accuracy, and originality of generated content. Transparently disclosing the use of these tools and adhering strictly to academic standards are essential to maintaining publication quality.

Statement on the Ethical Use and Publication Guidelines for Authors Using Generative AI (GenAI) Tools

Authors should be fully responsible for the content in their manuscripts. If the manuscript contains content generated by AI tools, authors must be accountable for any violations of publishing ethics arising from such use.

1. Language and Format Editing

Authors are allowed to use GenAI tools (such as GPT and Grammarly) to improve the spelling, grammar, and general formatting of manuscripts. However, GenAI tools may introduce new grammatical errors, logical issues, or content biases. Therefore, after using these tools, authors must carefully review and edit the generated content to ensure accuracy and consistency.

2. Review of Content Accuracy and Originality

For content generated with the assistance of GenAI tools (such as paragraphs, citations, and abstracts), authors must carefully check the accuracy of the generated content, including the authenticity of references, correctness of formatting, and consistency of data. Additionally, authors must confirm that the generated content does not incur plagiarism issues to avoid copyright infringement, and plagiarism detection tools should be used to further verify the originality of any AI-generated content.

3. Review of Charts and Data

Authors using GenAI tools to generate charts or other scientific artwork must ensure that the visualized presentation of data accurately reflects the real data provided in the manuscript. AI-generated artwork may present risks such as unclear data labelling, misleading design, or data manipulation; therefore, manual review of AI-generated artwork is required.

4. Transparency and Disclosure of Tool Usage

Authors using GenAI tools in manuscript writing, image or graphic element creation, data collection, and analysis must ensure content accuracy and meanwhile disclose the specific usage of these tools in the Methodology or Acknowledgement sections. The disclosure should specify the tool’s name, version, functionality, and specific application in the manuscript. For example, authors should clearly state how the tool has contributed to spelling correction, data analysis, or image processing.

5. Prohibition of Data Synthesis and Manipulation

GenAI tools must not be used to synthesize data to make up for missing data, alter or manipulate original images, charts, or other data in a way that affects the presentation of the original data and research results. Any behavior involving the manipulation or fabrication of data generated by AI violates academic integrity and may lead to serious ethical issues.

6. Limitations on the Reasonable Use of GenAI Tools

GenAI tools cannot be used to initiate an original research project without human guidance, nor can they be used to complete the entire research process of writing a paper. GenAI tools should only serve as auxiliary tools and cannot replace the author in conducting independent academic research. Additionally, GenAI tools cannot be listed as authors of the paper, as they do not possess the capability to create knowledge or assume academic responsibility.

Details of the Attending Registration

Join as a Presenter:
If you are only interested in giving a presentation at the conference without publishing your paper in the proceedings, you can choose to attend AIDMM 2027 as a Presenter. As a presenter, you need to submit the Abstract and Title of your presentation during the registration.

Join as a Listener:
AIDMM 2027 provides an effective platform for participants to exchange ideas with researchers and experts in related fields. You are welcome to attend the conference as a Listener by completing the registration before the deadline.

1. Timing: A maximum of 15 minutes in total, including presentation and discussion. Please be considerate of the following speakers and ensure the session schedule is maintained.
2. For conference presentations, speakers may use their own computers or copy presentation files to the conference computer via CD or USB drive. Please ensure that files are scanned and free of viruses beforehand. Speakers should meet their session Chair at least 10 minutes before the session starts.
3. It is suggested that speakers email a copy of their presentation file to their personal email account as a backup.
4. Each session room will be equipped with an LCD projector, screen, laser pointer, microphone, and a laptop with common presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Reader.
5. If presentation files contain movies or multimedia content, please ensure that all files are properly formatted and connected to the main presentation file. 

1. The maximum poster size is 59.4 CM wide by 84.1 CM high (A1).
2. Posters should be optimized and attractive. Information should be visible from an appropriate distance, such as one meter away.
3. During the poster session, authors should stay by their posters and be prepared to explain and discuss their papers with visiting delegates.

Details of the Registration Fees

• Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.
• The registration fee does not include:
  • Accommodation
  • Visa application fee
  • Transportation fare
• At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
• Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.
• If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, the print proceedings will be posted together with the payment receipt.

If participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies:

• 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
• 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
• Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund
• After conference: no refund

Cancellation and refund requests must be made formally by email.

The organizing committee reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses incurred from force majeure events shall not be liable and the refund policy shall not apply.

Important Notice Regarding Travel Arrangements

Please note that the official conference agenda will be subject to the final version sent to your email prior to the event, or as confirmed by the Conference Secretary. We strongly advise all attendees to arrange their travel plans only after receiving the confirmed schedule.

The organizing committee will not be held responsible or liable for any flight, accommodation, or other travel-related expenses incurred before the official agenda is confirmed.
