· About AIAC 2025

2025 3rd International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Automation Control will be held on October 15-17, 2025 in Paris, France. The conference will provide an excellent international forum for sharing knowledge and results in Artificial Intelligence and Automation Control.

AIAC 2025 looks for significant contributions to all major fields of the Artificial Intelligence and Automation Control theoretical and practical aspects. The aim of the Conference is to provide a platform to the researchers and practitioners from both academia as well as industry to meet and share cutting-edge development in the field.

· Publication ＆ Submission

To maintain a high-quality publication, all submissions undergo a rigorous review process of 2-3 rounds of double-blind peer review. All accepted papers of AIAC 2025 will be published and indexed in IEEE Xplore, and subsequently submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing. All conference proceedings paper can not be less than 4 pages.  

 

Submission Guidelines

1.The paper should be typeset according to the template and should not be less than 4 pages.

2.Papers must be in English and have not been published in academic journals or conferences at home and abroad.

3.Weight check rate is less than 30%. Authors can check your own weight through the CrossCheck, Turnitin, iThenticate or other query system.

Participation

1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.

2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.

3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 15 minutes in duration.

4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.

5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.

* One regular registration can cover a paper within 4 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

* If your paper is accepted by committee and you registered for the conference, a 30% processing fee will be deducted if a retraction is requested.

 

Details of the registration fees

1. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.

2. The registration fee does not include:  

   • Accommodation

   • Visa application fee

   • Transportation fare

3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. 

4. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao.
