1. In the event of conference cancellation or non-compliance with the scheduled event for any other reasons, we will promptly refund 100% of your attendance fees without any conditions.

2. If the conference proceeds as planned, but you are unable to attend due to personal reasons, you have the option to apply for a partial refund of up to 30% of the attendance fees.

3. If your paper has been formally accepted, but the publishing service is discontinued before the project is finalized or before the conference takes place due to changes in project schedules and publication arrangements, we will unconditionally refund 100% of the paper's publishing support fees.

4. If your paper has been formally accepted, but you choose to cancel the publishing service before project completion or the conference due to personal reasons, you may apply for a refund of up to 80% of the publishing support fees.

5. In the event that your paper is not formally published due to changes in conference and publication arrangements after project completion or the conference, we will refund 100% of the publishing support fees.

6. If your paper is not included in the database within the expected period outlined in the Instructions for Authors after project completion or the conference, you have the option to apply for a partial refund of up to 30% of the paper publishing support fees.

7. If your paper is in the publishing process and you voluntarily withdraw it due to personal reasons, the full service fee already paid will not be refunded.

8. For any refund situations mentioned above, you may contact the conference secretary to apply for a refund.
