All payments under these terms of service are subject to the terms and conditions we signed with our clients (here in after referred to as "payment terms").

Any trial or no-charge features or services provided by AiScholar should not be regarded as us waiving the right to charge subsequently. All fees shall be paid in advance through a payment channel we accept. AiScholar have the right to unilaterally adjust the charge standard and mode, and notify the clients via email, app notification or other written forms by the end of the last service period. In case the two parties fail to reach an agreement on the incoming fee after negotiation, AiScholar will terminate the services immediately.

Clients shall pay for the information fee and data costs, etc. collected by any third-party telecommunication carriers that may arise from the use of our services.

1. The attendance fees of academic conferences include attendance fees, conference fees, registration fees, and service fees;

1.1 Payment time: Payment should be made prior to the official commencement of the conference;

1.2 Fee scale: The official conference website should serve as the definitive source for information regarding the fee scale;

1.3 Payment method: The entire fee amount should be remitted in a single payment;

2. The academic publishing support fees include registration fees, page charges, and review fees;

2.1 Payment time: Payment should be made subsequent to the receipt of the formal notification of paper acceptance and payment details;

2.2 Fee scale: The official conference website should serve as the definitive source for information regarding the fee scale;

2.3 Payment method: The entire fee amount should be remitted in a single payment.
