About NMAI 2027

The International Conference on Networks, Multimedia, and Artificial Intelligence (NMAI 2027) will be held on February 26–28, 2027. NMAI 2027 aims to provide an international forum for researchers, academics, engineers, and industry professionals to exchange the latest research achievements, innovative technologies, and practical applications in network technologies, multimedia systems, and artificial intelligence.

With the rapid development of intelligent computing, advanced communication networks, multimedia processing technologies, and AI-driven applications, emerging digital technologies are continuously reshaping information systems, industrial applications, and human-computer interaction. NMAI 2027 focuses on exploring innovative methodologies, advanced algorithms, and interdisciplinary solutions that integrate networks, multimedia, and artificial intelligence.

The conference welcomes original research contributions covering theoretical foundations, technological developments, and practical applications. It provides an excellent platform for participants to share research insights, promote academic collaboration, and discuss future trends in intelligent networks, multimedia technologies, and AI-enabled systems.

Publication and Submission

All accepted full papers will be published in the SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering (ISSN: 0277-786X) Conference Proceedings and will be submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

Paper Submission:

  • The paper should have academic or practical value, and has not been published in academic journals or conferences at home and abroad.
  • The author who publishes the paper needs to submit the full text for peer review, and the author who only reports and does not publish the paper only needs to submit the title and abstract of the article.
  • Authors can check duplicates through CrossCheck, iThenticate or other query systems at their own expense, otherwise the rejected manuscripts caused by the repetition rate of the article will be the author's own responsibility.
  • The paper should not be less than 4 pages.
  • The paper must be formatted according to the conference template. Download the paper template (click to jump): Paper Template.
  • The conference only accepts English manuscripts.
  • For personal reasons, a fee of at least 30% is required to withdraw the manuscript without reason.
  • The conference is submitted online, please send the full paper(word+pdf) to Submission System.

  • Author: Submit a full paper and present your research work at the conference.
  • Presenter: Submit an abstract and deliver an oral presentation without publication / submit a poster to be displayed at the conference.
  • Listener: Attend the conference sessions and exchange ideas with participants.

1. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.

2. The registration fee does not include: ① Accommodation ② Visa application fee ③ Transportation fare.

3. And at least 30% of the registration fee will be charged as the service fee if you retract your paper for personal reasons.

  Refunds Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund

* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund

* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund

* After conference: no refund

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.

The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
