About the Conference
In an era defined by rapid urbanization, burgeoning population growth, and environmental concerns, the need for sustainable and efficient transportation solutions has never been more pressing. Intelligent driving technologies, coupled with smart transportation infrastructure, offer a beacon of hope in addressing these challenges. From autonomous vehicles to data-driven traffic management systems, the possibilities are limitless, promising safer, cleaner, and more accessible mobility for all.
Intelligent driving and smart transportation uses new and emerging technologies to make moving around a city more convenient, more cost effective and safer. Under this background, Sponsored by Zhejiang University of Technology and co-hosted by Politecnico di Milano and Roma Tre University, 2025 2nd International Conference on Intelligent Driving and Smart Transportation (IDST 2025) will be held from November 24 to 26, 2025 in Milan, Italy. The conference bridges together academic researchers and industrial practitioners to share and exchange the latest developments in the area of intelligent driving and smart transportation. We hope that this conference will stimulate our participants to explore innovative advances and applications in intelligent driving and smart transportation. Welcome scholars and researchers working in the field of intelligent driving and smart transportation from all over the world to attend the conference and share your experiences and lessons with other enthusiasts, and develop opportunities for cooperation.

Publication
All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3315-6859-7) in the format of conference proceedings and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI and Scopus for indexing.

All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

| Refunds Policy (1) Refunds and Cancellation Policy If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies. (2) For the Submission Fee * If your paper is accepted by committee and you registered for the conference, a 30% processing fee will be deducted if a retraction is requested. (3) For the Participation fee (Without Submission) * 15 days ahead of the conference: 100% of payment refund * From 14 days before Registration day of the conference: 30% of payment refund * After the Registration day of the conference: no refund (4) Conference Date and Place Statement The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the reason of amount to "Force Majeure" circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy. |
