Publication
All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process all accepted papers will be published in conference proceedings and submit to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. If you are only interested in giving a presentation at the conference without publishing your paper in the proceedings, you can choose to attend ICNEPE 2026 as a Presenter. As a presenter, you need to submit the Abstract and Title of your presentation during the registration. For further information, please contact us.

Details of The Registration Fees:
1. Registration fees for ICNEPE 2026 Regular is 545 USD / 3800 CNY per paper.
2. If the length of the paper exceeds 4 Pages, the cost of each extra page (Begin at Page 5) is 55 USD / 400 CNY.
3. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.
4. The registration fee does not include: Accommodation, Visa application fee, Transportation fare.
5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.
7. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao.
8. And at least 20% of the registration fee will be charged as the service fee if you retract your paper for personal reasons.
Refunds and Cancellation Policy:
For the Submission fee:
- If your paper is accepted by committee and you registered for the conference, a 30% processing fee will be deducted if a retraction is requested.
For the Participation fee (Without Submission):
- 15 days ahead of the conference: 100% of payment refund
- From 14 days before Registration day of the conference: 30% of payment refund
- After the Registration day of the conference: no refund
Conference Date and Place Statement: The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the reason of amount to "Force Majeure" circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.

Instruction for Oral Presentations:
1. Timing: A maximum of 15 minutes in total, including presentation and discussion. Please be considerable once the Program is completed the next speaker should also be allocated with reasonable amount of time.
2. For conference presentation, you can use your own computer or copy your presentation file into the conference computer from CD or USB drive, and make sure you have scanned and cleaned viruses beforehand. Speakers are required to meet her/his session Chair in the corresponding session room at least 10 minutes before the session starts to get things ready or copy the slide file (PPT or PDF) into the conference computer.
3. It is also suggested that you email a copy of your presentation to your personal email box as a backup. If for some reason the files cannot be accessed from your flash drive, you can download them to the computer from your email.
4. Please note that each session room will be equipped with an LCD projector, screen, laser pointer, microphone, and a laptop with general presentation software such as the Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Reader. Please make sure that your files are compatible and readable with our operation system by using commonly used fronts and symbols. If you plan to use your own computer, please test the connection and make sure it works well before your presentation.
5. Movies: If your files contain movies please make sure that they are well formatted and connected to the main files.
Instructions for Poster Presentations:
1. Maximum poster size is 59.4 CM wide by 84.1 CM high (A1).
2. Posters are required to be optimized and attractive. Information should be visible from a proper distance, say, one meter away.
3. Please note that during your poster session, you as the author should stay by your poster and ready to explain and discuss your paper with visiting delegates.
