About ICEKIM 2026
2026 7th International Conference on Education, Knowledge and Information Management (ICEKIM 2026) will be grandly held in the vibrant city of Cambridge from October 17 to 19, 2026. The conference venue is the Churchill College of the University of Cambridge in the UK. ICEKIM is jointly organized by Anglia Ruskin University (Cambridge, UK), Northeastern University (Shenyang, China), and Cambridge Silicon Age Center for Innovation Ltd. (Cambridge, UK). Top researchers, educators, policymakers, and industry experts from around the world will gather to discuss the latest advancements and emerging challenges in the fields of education, knowledge systems, and information management in the context of an increasingly digital and interconnected global environment.

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of ICEKIM 2026 will be published in Conference Proceedings and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.
Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

1. The official language of the conference is English, and the paper must be an English manuscript.
2. The author of the published paper must submit the full text, which should not be less than 8 pages.
3. The paper should have academic or practical value and have not been published in domestic or foreign academic journals or conferences.

Registration：
※Details of the registration fees
1. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.
2. The registration fee does not include:
• Accommodation
• Visa application fee
• Transportation fare
3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
4. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

※Refunds Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund
* After conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.

* The above program is a brief outline. A more detailed programme will be emailed to you after the registration deadline. The actual conference schedule may be a little different according to the number of participants.
Participation
1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.
2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.
3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 15 minutes in duration.
4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.
5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.
