Publication & Indexing

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of CDSG 2026 will be published in Conference Proceedings by IEEE-CPS and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

All submitted articles should report original research results, not previously published or under consideration elsewhere. Any act of plagiarism or academic misconduct is strictly prohibited.

  • The submitted papers must not be previously published or under consideration of publication elsewhere.
  • Please send the full paper (Word + PDF) to the Submission System.
  • Full paper submission is required if you need both presentation and publication.
  • Abstract submission is acceptable only for oral or poster presentation.

Registration Fee Details

  • Include proceedings, lunches, souvenirs & all sessions
  • Exclude accommodation, visa fee and transportation
  • At least one author per paper must complete registration
  • Confirmation will be sent within 2-5 working days

Refund Policy

  • 60 days in advance: 70% refund
  • 30–60 days in advance: 50% refund
  • Within 30 days: 30% refund
  • After conference: No refund
  • Refund application must be submitted via email
