Prof. Rezzy Eko CarakaIEEE Senior Member National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), Indonesia / Chaoyang University of Technology, Taiwan
Rezzy Eko Caraka (Senior IEEE Member) is a researcher at the Research Center for Data and Information Sciences, National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN), Indonesia, and a Professor at the Department of Information Management, Chaoyang University of Technology (CYUT), Taiwan. He currently serves as Expert Staff to the President of Indonesia on the Research Advisory Team and Expert Staff at LLDIKTI, providing strategic guidance for higher education and national research policy. Previously, he held appointments as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Research Assistant Professor at Seoul National University, and as Senior Research Fellow at UNIST, South Korea. His research integrates statistics, machine learning, and data analytics to support evidence-based policy, sustainable development, and technological innovation.

Mr. Saurabh KakkarDirector / Program Manager – Basel Data Repository (BDR) Santander Bank – Dallas, USA
Dr. Saurabh Kakkar brings over 15 years of experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, and AI-driven transformation within global banking institutions. Currently, Dr. Kakkar serves as Director and Program Manager at Santander Bank, where he leads the Basel Data Repository program and drives enterprise-scale regulatory reporting. His work includes building AI-powered copilots (LLM/RAG) for regulatory interpretation, significantly improving efficiency, transparency, and explainability in compliance workflows. Previously, Dr. Kakkar held senior roles at Credit Suisse, PwC, Citco Fund Services, and Ernst & Young. His contributions extend to research and academia, including IEEE publications on explainable AI and generative AI applications.

Dr. Ali AhmadianVisiting Professor Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria, Italy
Ali Ahmadian received the Ph.D. degree from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) in 2014. He is currently a Senior Lecturer with the Institute of Industry Revolution 4.0, National University of Malaysia, an Adjunct Lecturer with Kean University (Wenzhou Campus), and a Visiting Professor with the Mediterranea University of Reggio Calabria. His primary mathematical focus is the development of computational methods and models for problems arising in computer science, biology, physics, and engineering under fuzzy and fractional calculus (FC). He was selected as the 1% top reviewer in the fields of mathematics and computer sciences recognized by Publons (2017–2020) and is an author of more than 80 research articles.

Dr. Ely SalwanaResearch Fellow Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Malaysia
Dr Ely Salwana is a Research Fellow in the Institute of Visual Informatics, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM, Bangi), Malaysia. Her primary research areas include information work, data analytics, data mining, knowledge organization, and participatory information practices. The contexts of her research range from public organizations to education, virtual worlds, and corporate sectors. She received a Ph.D. Degree in Computer Science at the University of Malaya in 2016. She has 18 years of working experience related to her field of study as a lecturer, researcher, and supervisor. She has been successfully involved in many research projects and grants related to computer sciences as a group leader and researcher.
