About DMLS 2026
Theme: Intelligent Decisions in the Era of Digital Learning and Management
2026 International Conference on Decision, Management, and Learning Systems (DMLS 2026), which will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from April 10-12, 2026.
The accelerated pace of technological advancement, particularly in areas such as data-driven decision-making, artificial intelligence, and intelligent learning systems, is profoundly transforming the domains of management and organizational operations. DMLS 2026 aims to provide a premier platform for scholars, professionals, and industry leaders to explore cutting-edge research, novel methodologies, and transformative practices in decision science, management systems, and learning technologies.
Under the theme "Intelligent Decisions in the Era of Digital Learning and Management," the conference will address both emerging opportunities and critical challenges. Assoc Prof. Dr Noorminshah A. Iahad, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Malaysia
BIO: Noorminshah owns the role of a "Diploma" t and the strategy of "People Mastery" based on a personal profiling conducted in the year 2021 as a participant of the UTM Deans Course.She is the academic staff at the Information Systems department, UTM to obtain a PhD degree at the youngest age of 31 years old in 2008. She is experienced in teaching Information Systems related courses at undergraduate and postgraduate level. She is also a PhD research supervisor for students from different countries including Malaysia, Nigeria, Iran, Saudi, Sudan, Yemen and China. A coach and mentor for students who always remind them of the "Never Quit" and "Think Big" spirit. She has also been awarded various research grants at university and national level.She has gained seven years of experience in leading a software development team at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia with five Systems Analysts and twenty programmers applying the agile system development method. A team player and always strive to inspire the team to contribute the very best that they can and never stop learning.

Assoc Prof. Dr Aidi Ahmi, Universiti Utara Malaysia, Malaysia
BIO: Aidi Ahmi currently is an Associate Professor at the Tunku Puteri Intan Safinaz School of Accountancy, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). He obtained his PhD. in Information Systems and Computing from Brunel University London, United Kingdom. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and had been recognised as Professional Technologist (Ts.) by Malaysia Board of Technologies (MBOT). He is also a lifetime member of the Malaysian Accounting Association (MyAA) and Internet Society (ISOC) Malaysia and actively involved with the Asian Academic Accounting Association (FourA). So far, he has authored and co-authored over 90 peer-reviewed technical publications and successfully supervised eight PhD scholars. His research area focuses on accounting information systems, auditing, e-commerce, information and communication technology, and information science.

Assoc Prof. Mohd Najib Mohd Salleh, Raffles University, Malaysia
BIO: Dr. Mohd Najib Mohd Salleh received his Master of Computer Science degree from Universiti Technology Malaysia in 2001, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from La Rochelle University France, in 2008. His research interests include decision support systems, machine learning, fuzzy systems, and meta-heuristic algorithms. He has published a number of papers in machine learning, decision support system and reputed journals. He has authored/ and co-authored more than 30 research publications out of which there are more than 5 books chapters covering various aspects of computer science and IT. Besides, he has done some research projects with Ministry of Higher Education fundamental research grants. With 20 years of experience as an associate professor, he also served as a systems analyst for 10 years in various companies.

Publication

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of DMLS 2026 will be published in Conference Proceedings and submitted to Scopus, Google Scholar for indexing.
Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

Submission Notice:
1. The official language of the conference is English, and the paper must be an English manuscript.
2. The author of the published paper must submit the full text, which should not be less than 4 pages.
3. The paper should have academic or practical value and have not been published in domestic or foreign academic journals or conferences.

1. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.
2. The registration fee does not include:
• Accommodation
• Visa application fee
• Transportation fare
3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
4. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.
※Refunds Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund
* After conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.

1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.
2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.
3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 15 minutes in duration.
4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.
5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.
