Welcome to the 2026 3rd International Conference on Digital Media, Communication and Information Systems (DMCIS 2026)
With the rapid development and continuous deepening of digital technology, the transformation of digital media, advances in communication technology, and optimization of information systems have become key driving forces in today's society and economic development.
2026 3rd International Conference on Digital Media, Communication and Information Systems (DMCIS 2026) will explore how to use the latest theories and practices to promote progress in these fields, including but not limited to digital content creation and distribution, next-generation communication networks, information system architecture design, and the application of big data and artificial intelligence in media and communication.
The conference will be held in South Korea from October 23-25, 2026. The purpose of this conference is to provide an excellent academic exchange platform for researchers, scholars, and industry experts in the fields of digital media, communication, and information systems, promoting ideological collision and collaborative innovation. Prof. Minho Jo (조민호 교수)Korea University Prof. Minho Jo is an active researcher with an international reputation in the fields of Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence. His expertise encompasses cutting-edge aspects of computer science and network engineering, including IoT, edge/cloud computing, blockchain, LLM/ChatGPT, network security, and autonomous vehicles. Currently serving as a Full Professor and the Director of the IoT & AI Lab at Korea University, he also leads the government-supported Brain Korea 21 “IoT Data Science” project. He is one of the founders of the Samsung Electronics LCD Division and has published numerous highly cited papers in top-tier journals. As a leading figure in the academic community, he is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems, and has served as an Editor/Associate Editor for top journals including the IEEE Internet of Things Journal and IEEE Wireless Communications. He received the Headong Outstanding Scholar Prize for his research contributions and has served as the Chair/Co-Chair for several major international conferences such as VTC and AICT. |

Conference Proceedings
All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committee. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of DMCIS 2026 will be published in Conference Proceedings and submitted to Scopus for indexing.

Participation
1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.
2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.
3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 10-15 minutes in duration.
4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.
5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.
