With the rapid development and continuous deepening of digital technology, the transformation of digital media, advances in communication technology, and optimization of information systems have become key driving forces in today's society and economic development.
2026 3rd International Conference on Digital Media, Communication and Information Systems (DMCIS 2026) will explore how to use the latest theories and practices to promote progress in these fields, including but not limited to digital content creation and distribution, next-generation communication networks, information system architecture design, and the application of big data and artificial intelligence in media and communication.
The conference will be held in South Korea from October 23-25, 2026. Prof. Minho Jo (조민호 교수)Korea University Prof. Minho Jo is an active researcher with an international reputation in the fields of Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence. His expertise encompasses cutting-edge aspects of computer science and network engineering, including IoT, edge/cloud computing, blockchain, LLM/ChatGPT, network security, and autonomous vehicles. Currently serving as a Full Professor and the Director of the IoT & AI Lab at Korea University, he also leads the government-supported Brain Korea 21 “IoT Data Science” project. He is one of the founders of the Samsung Electronics LCD Division and has published numerous highly cited papers in top-tier journals. As a leading figure in the academic community, he is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems, and has served as an Editor/Associate Editor for top journals including the IEEE Internet of Things Journal and IEEE Wireless Communications. He received the Headong Outstanding Scholar Prize for his research contributions and has served as the Chair/Co-Chair for several major international conferences such as VTC and AICT. |

Conference Proceedings
All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committee. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of DMCIS 2026 will be published in Conference Proceedings and submitted to Scopus for indexing.

Program
2026 3rd International Conference on Digital Media, Communication and Information Systems (DMCIS 2026) will be held on October 23-25, 2026 in Busan, South Korea. The following information about the schedule is for your reference:
* The outline programme is shown on this page. A more detailed programme will be emailed to you after the registration deadline. Actual time arrangements may be a little different according to participant numbers.
Oral Presentation Instruction:
1. Timing: a maximum of 10-15 minutes total, including speaking time and discussion. Please make sure your presentation is well timed. Please keep in mind that the program is full and that the speaker after you would like their allocated time available to them.
2. You can use CD or USB flash drive (memory stick), make sure you scanned viruses in your own computer. Each speaker is required to meet her/his session chair in the corresponding session rooms 10 minutes before the session starts and copy the slide file(PPT or PDF) to the computer.
3. It is suggested that you email a copy of your presentation to your personal inbox as a backup. If for some reason the files can’t be accessed from your flash drive, you will be able to download them to the computer from your email.
4. Please note that each session room will be equipped with a LCD projector, screen, point device, microphone, and a laptop with general presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Reader. Please make sure that your files are compatible and readable with our operation system by using commonly used fonts and symbols. If you plan to use your own computer, please try the connection and make sure it works before your presentation.
5. Movies: If your PowerPoint files contain movies please make sure that they are well formatted and connected to the main files.
Poster Presentation Instruction:
1. Maximum poster size is 59.4 CM wide by 84.1 CM high (A1).
2. Posters are required to be condensed and attractive. The characters should be large enough so that they are visible from 1 meter apart.
3. Please note that during your poster session, the authors should stay by your poster paper to explain and discuss your paper with visiting delegates.
Participation
1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.
2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.
3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 10-15 minutes in duration.
4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.
5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.
