About AIFE 2027

The 4th International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Future Education (AIFE 2027) will be held on June 25–27, 2027, in Japan. The conference aims to provide an international academic platform for researchers, educators, engineers, and industry professionals to exchange the latest research achievements, innovative technologies, and practical applications in artificial intelligence and future education.

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, large language models, intelligent systems, and digital technologies, AI has become an important driving force for educational transformation. AIFE 2027 focuses on exploring the integration of artificial intelligence with teaching methodologies, learning environments, educational management, and emerging educational technologies.

The conference welcomes original research contributions covering artificial intelligence in education, intelligent learning systems, educational data mining, adaptive learning, digital classrooms, human-computer interaction in education, and future-oriented educational innovations. It provides opportunities for participants to discuss technological trends, share research perspectives, and promote interdisciplinary collaboration between AI researchers and education professionals.

Publication and Submission

All papers submitted to AIFE 2027 will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be submitted to Ei Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

Paper Submission:

  • The paper should have academic or practical value, and has not been published in academic journals or conferences at home and abroad.
  • The author who publishes the paper needs to submit the full text for peer review, and the author who only reports and does not publish the paper only needs to submit the title and abstract of the article.
  • Authors can check duplicates through CrossCheck, iThenticate or other query systems at their own expense, otherwise the rejected manuscripts caused by the repetition rate of the article will be the author's own responsibility.
  • The paper should not be less than 8 pages.
  • The paper must be formatted according to the conference template. Download the paper template (click to jump): Paper Template.
  • The conference only accepts English manuscripts.
  • For personal reasons, a fee of at least 30 % is required to withdraw the manuscript without reason.
  • The conference is submitted online, please send the full paper(word+pdf) to submission system.

Participation

AIFE 2027 welcomes researchers, scholars, educators, engineers, students, and industry professionals worldwide to participate in the conference.

  • Author: Submit a full paper and present your research work at the conference.
  • Presenter: Submit an abstract and deliver an oral presentation without publication.
  • Listener: Attend the conference sessions and exchange ideas with participants.

Registration Fee

1. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.

2. The registration fee does not include accommodation, visa application fee, or transportation expenses.

3. If authors withdraw their papers for personal reasons, at least 30% of the registration fee will be charged as a service fee.

  Refunds Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund

* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund

* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund

* After conference: no refund

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.

The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liable and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
