Purpose: The invitation letter of AIDMM 2026 committee serves as proof that your paper submission and registration application have been accepted by the conference committee. This letter is written in English and may support your visa application. 
However, receiving an invitation letter does not guarantee you will be granted a visa.

Invitation letters will only be issued once your registration and payment are completed. The invitation letter will be sent to you via e-mail.
-How to Request: 
When your registration and payment are confirmed, you may request an invitation letter through [registration system/email]. Please provide:

Should your visa application be denied, the Organizing Committee cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), nor will we engage in discussion or correspondence with the MOFA or embassy/consulate on behalf of the applicant. The invitation letter does not imply any financial support or guarantee for your accommodation or travel.
